The Lunch Club’s Jubilee Lunch

To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee the Lunch Club held a Jubilee Lunch. We decorate the hall with balloons and bunting, some of which was hand-knitted by Joan and some handmade by pupils at Edwards Hall and lent to us for this occasion. Our diners wore a red, white and blue theme, some hand-made.

Having toasted her Majesty we dined on roast beef, with usual trimmings followed by a mandarin and lemon trifle. Coffee with a jubilee chocolate completed the day.
